Donna Osorio, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources. Donna is currently the Director of Human Resources & Administration at BrandJump since 2021. Prior to that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Topa Insurance Group from 2007 to 2021, where they advanced through similar positions of increasing scope and responsibility to manage a small team delivering the full spectrum of HR functions for a boutique insurance carrier with 125 employees. Donna also provided guidance and counseling to business leaders on HR policies and procedures. From 2005 to 2007, they were the Human Resources Generalist at Phoenix House, where they executed generalist support to 100 employees of a non-profit alcohol and drug treatment center. From 2004 to 2005, they were the Human Resources/Payroll Administrator at ORLY International, where they provided full HR support for 80 employees. From 2001 to 2004, they were the Human Resources Manager at ProDoc-Professional Document Services Inc., where they managed HR responsibilities for an attorney support organization with 80-90 employees in different branches and business units.

Donna Osorio has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Scholastica's College, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. In 2010, they obtained a Professional in Human Resources\u00ae (PHR\u00ae) certification from HRCI, and in 2015 they obtained a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
