Jessica Hughes has worked in the retail industry since 2013. Jessica began their career at Dress Barn as an Assistant Buyer and Buyer's Assistant for Jewelry. In 2015, they joined Bed Bath & Beyond as an Omnichannel Associate Buyer for Decorative Pillows & Throws, Furniture, Vendor Direct to Customer for Furniture/Mattresses, and Vendor Direct to Customer for Bath/Soft Kitchen/Apparel. In 2020, they moved to BrandJump as an Account Manager and Senior Account Manager.

Jessica Hughes attended Manhattan College from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Sociology.
