James Brown

James Brown is an experienced professional in the field of video production and media technology, currently serving as a Virtual Production Tech at Brandlive since February 2021. With a rich background as Director at Clark-Vancouver Television since June 2017, James has directed and edited various live broadcasts of city and county events while also skillfully managing AV equipment. Prior expertise includes working as a Technical Director for NBC Sports, where James contributed to an interactive outdoor live show. Additional roles include video editing and motion graphics design at Tofugu and experience gained through internships and assistant positions at Know Local Media and George Fox University. James holds a BA in Cinema and Media Communications from George Fox University, completed in 2012.
