Joey Kotkins

Joey Kotkins is currently the COO at Brandlive. Prior to this, they were VP of Marketing at Whereby, a position they held for just over a year. Before that, Kotkins was the CEO and co-founder of Safara, which was acquired in 2021. Joey also spent two years as a partner and head of growth at Multiple London.

Kotkins has also been involved with Seedcamp and Techstars as a co-founder and CMO, respectively. Joey has also served as president and co-founder of Sokapp and as management operations at ABM Industries.

Joey Kotkins studied economics and psychology at Duke University and Lakeside School.

Joey Kotkins reports to Sam Kolbert-Hyle, CEO. They are on a team with Amy Hochstetler - VP, People, Jacob Winkler - SVP, Strategy & Chief of Staff, and Saira Mathew - Exec. Creative Director & VP, Brandlive Studios.
