Pankaj Sharma

Pankaj Sharma is currently a Client Success Specialist at Ansira and a Client Success Delivery Specialist at BrandMuscle, both roles focused on project management since September and October 2023, respectively. At BrandMuscle, responsibilities include gaining a comprehensive understanding of client business dynamics and applying this knowledge to optimize platform support. Prior to these roles, Pankaj was a Senior Associate at Tech Mahindra Business Process Services, where duties included resolving client escalations and handling high-level complaints, and at Wipro Limited, where customer interactions and data management were key responsibilities. Pankaj holds a Master of Arts in English Language and Literature from CCS University, obtained in 2018, and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from the same institution, earned in 2015.
