Troy Carnley

Troy Carnley serves as an I and E technician at Plains All American since December 2018 and has been a controls and VFD technician with Brandon & Clark, Inc. since July 2011. In this role, Troy specializes in the startup and repair of adjustable speed drives and reduced volt soft starts, as well as troubleshooting control issues across various sectors, including oilfields, industrial environments, and cotton gins. Continuous education is pursued through deliberate practice, reflecting a commitment to ongoing professional development.
