Krishna Gupta

Krishna Gupta serves as the Director of Training at Optum Global Solutions since October 2019, having previously held the position of Associate Director - Training. Concurrently, Krishna Gupta has been a Global Awards Judge for the Brandon Hall Human Capital Management Excellence Awards since June 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Instructional Design, Simulations, and Serious Games at MPS Interactive Systems and Tata Interactive Systems, as well as Senior Instructional Designer and Project Leader positions at Aptara and Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. Krishna Gupta began the career in instructional design as an Instructional Designer at Netcradle and Infopro Learning, following an earlier role as Associate Content Editor at Innodata Inc. Academic qualifications include a PGDBM in Business Administration and Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Delhi University.
