Kyle Thrift began their career as a Critical Care RN at St. Vincent's HealthCare in 2010. Kyle quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Nurse Manager in the Coronary Critical Care unit at Baptist Health in 2013. In 2016, they were promoted to Assistant Chief Nursing Officer at Brandon Regional Hospital. Kyle currently serves as the Chief Nursing Officer at Brandon Regional Hospital. Kyle is a highly skilled and experienced nurse leader who has demonstrated a commitment to excellence in patient care. Kyle is a strong advocate for the nursing profession and is dedicated to ensuring that all nurses have the resources they need to provide quality care for their patients.

Kyle Thrift completed a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at University of North Florida. Afterwards, they pursued a Master's Degree in Nursing Administration at Jacksonville University. Finally, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) also at Jacksonville University.

Kyle Thrift reports to Bland Eng, CEO. They work with Alan Harmatz - Chief Medical Officer, Kelly Lindsay - COO, and Gary Searls - CFO.
