Tanya Abbott

Tanya joined Brandon 25 years ago as a support worker and her subsequent progress through the organization allows her to bring a hugely valuable depth of understanding and experience to her current role. She has held senior roles in both quality and operational delivery, including Director of Operations. Her work to enable all staff to be leaders in quality has played a critical role in the achievement of the current, above-average CQC ratings.
