Karla Wennerstrom

Karla Wennerstrom is a seasoned editorial professional with extensive experience in journalism and media management. Since September 2017, Karla has served as a Senior Editor at Brandpoint and also works as a Tour Guide at Paisley Park, a position held since May 2017. Prior to these roles, Karla spent over a decade at Southwest News Media, managing the Eden Prairie News and its associated digital platforms from July 2005 to March 2017. Karla’s career in journalism began at Sun Newspapers as Managing Editor from March 1995 to June 2005 and included a brief role as Interim Editor at Mountrail County Record in 1994. Karla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Minnesota, earned in 1994.
