Jim Montgomery

Jim Montgomery, PMP has extensive work experience in various roles related to IT and networking. Jim worked at BrandSafway from 2007 to 2020, where they held positions such as Vice President & CISO and IT Director for Integration, Governance & Security. Prior to that, they worked at Scientific Games as a Network Manager for the Pennsylvania State Lottery Project. Jim also worked at Apptis as a Senior Network Engineer for the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Network Control Center. Other previous roles include Senior Network Engineer at Dynanet Corporation, Petty Officer Second Class at the U.S. Navy Reserve, and Lead Network Operations Engineer at Dynanet Corporation. Jim began their career as an Associate Network Engineer at NCI Information Systems, Inc after serving as an Aviation Electronics Technician in the US Navy.

Jim Montgomery, PMP completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Jack Welch Management Institute, spanning from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, where they studied Information Technology from 2003 to 2006.

Jim is also a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited by the Project Management Institute (PMI). Jim has an additional certification as a Program and Portfolio Management Certified (PPMC) offered by the Project Management Leadership Group (PMLG).
