Dr. Palle Klante

Dr. Palle Klante has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dr. Palle is currently the Co-Founder & CMO of BRANDSCHUTZ-ZENTRALE.de, where they focus on simplifying fire protection and occupational safety in companies. Dr. Palle is also the Geschäftsführer (Managing Director) of Fireschutz GmbH, the operator of brandschutz-zentrale.de.

From 2016 to 2019, Dr. Klante served as the Executive Vice President Global Marketing & Communication at Weidmüller Germany. Prior to that, they were the Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender (Chairman of the Supervisory Board) at contentwave AG from 2017 to 2018.

Dr. Klante has also had significant experience in the advertising and marketing industry. Dr. Palle worked at Publicis Pixelpark from 2009 to 2016, serving as the Geschäftsführer (Managing Director), Director of Sales, and Senior Project Manager at different times.

In addition, Dr. Klante worked as a Lecturer at Carl von Ossietzky University Oldenburg from 2000 to 2005 and at the Private Applied University for Economics and Technology from 2004 to 2005. Dr. Palle also held the position of Project Manager at OFFIS from 1999 to 2005.

Before entering the academic and professional world, Dr. Klante worked as a Consultant at Klante Computer & Automation from 1994 to 1999.

Dr. Palle Klante obtained their Dipl.-Inform. degree in Computer Science from Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg, starting in 1993 and completing their studies in 1999. Dr. Palle went on to pursue further education and earned a Dr.-Ing. degree in Computer Science from the same university, starting in 2000 and finishing in 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, Dr. Klante has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Dr. Palle completed the Innovation Gym program at Open Innovation City in May 2021, the Founders Academy program at Founders Foundation gGmbH in September 2018, and the Qualifizierter Aufsichtsrat certification from Deutsche Börse in November 2021.
