Avidan Kats

Avidan Kats has a diverse work experience spanning from 2011 to 2022. In 2011, they began their career as a Human Resources Specialist in the Israel Defense Forces. In 2017, they became an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at the Israel Hotel Association. From 2019 to 2022, Avidan Kats worked at Epstein Rosenblum Maoz (ERM) as an Associate - Real Estate & Project Finance and as a Law Intern - Energy & Infrastructure. During this time, they effectively managed communication with clients, established an information center for interns to improve client satisfaction, and completed financing agreements averaging $100M. In 2022, they began working at BrandShield as an Enforcement Manager and at Nidan Gamma Engineering Ltd as a Customer Relations & Operations Manager, where they developed and drove both strategic and operational plans with the company's CEO and executives.

Avidan Kats obtained a Bachelor of Laws - LLB and a Bachelor's degree in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy from Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) between 2015 and 2019. In December 2020, Avidan Kats was certified as a Lawyer by the Israel Bar Association.
