Maggie Zhu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, audit, and performance assessment. Currently serving as Acting Manager of Inspection & Enforcement at the Ontario Energy Board since April 2011, Maggie Zhu provides oversight to staff and ensures compliance of regulated entities with legal requirements. Previous roles include Senior Inspector, where Maggie Zhu led operational audits and financial inspections, and Senior Advisor for Audit & Investigations, co-chairing successful charity campaigns. Additionally, Maggie Zhu has served on the Board of Governors for St. Mildred's-Lightbourn School, bringing strategic direction to one of Canada's oldest independent all-girls schools. Previous positions at Deloitte Canada and MNP emphasized expertise in financial institutions assurance. Maggie Zhu holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University.
