George Bilkis has extensive experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital. Currently serving as Global M&A/VC at KWS Group since May 2020, George oversees M&A and joint ventures while also handling transaction activities in KWS VC. Additionally, George holds various advisory roles, including Advisor to the Board at Terra-A AG and Membership on the Board at AgReliant Genetics, LLC. Previous positions include Director of Corporate Finance at Guru Global Ventures Ltd and Director of Corporate Development at eddyson GmbH. George's education includes an MBA in Financial Engineering and Banking from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and specialized training in Financing and Investing in Infrastructure from Università Bocconi.
