Kristen Jay is a Research Analyst at BrandSpark® since September 2023, with a diverse background in marketing and research. Previously, Kristen served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Guelph from September 2020 to April 2023, focusing on courses in Research Methods, Marketing Strategy, Pricing Management, and Information Management. Kristen's experience includes an internship in Data and Intelligence at Edelman DXI and a role as Senior Support Services Officer at Seneca College. Additionally, Kristen interned in Consumer Insights at Mondelēz International and gained experience as a Fraud Management Intern at Aviva Canada. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Consumer Studies and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing Management, both from the Lang School of Business and Economics at the University of Guelph.
