Matt Rutter

Matt Rutter has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Matt is currently the Head of Growth, iLab at BrandStar, where they focus on strategies for increasing revenue and managing growth goals. Prior to that, they were a Senior Technical Program Director at BrandStar and iLab Global, leading and managing research and engineering projects.

Matt also has experience as a Coach and Consultant at MattRutter.com, where they trained entrepreneurs and authored curriculum and reports for Partners Worldwide. Matt worked at Partners Worldwide as a Training Specialist and Coordinator, as well as a Curriculum Coach, leading workshops and providing ongoing support to trainers.

In addition, Matt has held leadership positions at Enspire Creative Agency, serving as CEO, Sales Director, and General Manager and Creative Director. At Kingdom Paradigm, they co-founded the organization and provided consultancy and coaching to Moldovan entrepreneurs. Matt also served as the COO at BabyMoon, leading the development and implementation of customer development and investor acquisition strategies.

Earlier in their career, Matt worked as a Small and Medium Enterprise Development Advisor at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova and as a Regional and National Economic Development Advisor for the Peace Corps, where they developed and facilitated entrepreneurship trainings. Matt also served as a Startup Advisor at the Business Incubator of Ceadir-Lunga, assisting with the establishment of the incubator and coaching entrepreneurs.

Matt Rutter's education history includes attending Sylvania Northview High School from 2004 to 2008. After completing high school, they went on to attend Hope College from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at Hope College, Matt studied Management, Philosophy, and Organizational Leadership.
