Mark Doda

Mark Doda is the current Director of Accounting at Brandt Holdings Company. Mark has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance, including several years as a Chief Financial Officer and Senior VP Controller. Mark is a Certified Public Accountant and has a degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota. Mark has been responsible for cash and risk management, equipment debt financing, forecasting/budgeting, the accounting and billing functions, third party and contract relations, return on capital, and mergers & acquisitions (due diligence, close and integration) at various companies throughout their career. Mark also has experience as a strategic and financial consultant, and served as President of DMS Imaging, Inc. for two years.

Mark Doda received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from the University of North Dakota, summa cum laude. Mark is certified by the State of Minnesota Board of Accountancy as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
