Chris Reed

Chris Reed is an experienced educator currently teaching high school Computer Science and 9th grade Honors General Science at Brandywine Heights Area School District since August 2003. Previous teaching assignments include Advanced Placement courses in Calculus and various physics classes. In addition to teaching, Chris Reed worked as an Information Technology Intern at PPL Electric Utilities, where responsibilities included developing system integrations and aiding in application ecosystem analysis. Prior experience from 1994 to 2001 includes roles as a Production Engineer and Characterization Engineer at IQE, focusing on semiconductor manufacturing and characterization equipment. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Computer Science with a focus on Software Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Arts in Teacher Education from Lehigh University, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
