Guy Dela Rosa

Guy Dela Rosa has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Previously, they worked as the Continuous Improvement Manager / Facilities Supervisor at Environment One Corporation, where they focused on driving 6S culture and reducing costs. At United Technologies, they held various roles, including Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and Continuous Improvement Site Lead. Guy also has experience as a Project Manager at Parkeon, a Lean Six Sigma intern at IntraPac, and a Senior Program Manager at Sirius Satellite Radio. Additionally, Guy has worked as a Business Development Manager at Oki - Biometric Solutions Group, a Program / Project Manager at Digital 5, and a Product Manager / Lead Systems Engineer / Test Manager at Sensar. Their early career includes roles such as Lead Hardware Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where they were involved in designing test equipment, developing process improvements, and working on avionic countermeasures hardware for the F-22.

Guy Dela Rosa graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2023 with a Master's Degree in Organizational Dynamics. Prior to that, they attended the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1981 to 1985, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering.
