Charles P. Pizzi

Mr. Pizzi was first elected a Trustee on August 22, 1996. Mr. Pizzi is also a director of Pennsylvania Real Estate Investment Trust (PREIT) and serves on a variety of civic, educational, charitable, and other boards, including the boards of Drexel University, FS Investments, and Independence Health Group.

Mr. Pizzi served as the President and Chief Executive Officer as well as a director of Tasty Baking Company from October 7, 2002, until the company’s sale in May 2011. Mr. Pizzi served as President and Chief Executive officer of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce from 1989 until October 4, 2002. Mr. Pizzi served on the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia from 2006 through 2011, including as Chairman from 2010 through 2011. He was also a former Director of PHH Corporation, Allied Universal, and Day & Zimmerman.

Mr. Pizzi attended La Salle University, Temple University, and the University of Pennsylvania and received his B.S. and M.S.
