Carolyn Gibson has a strong background in healthcare, particularly in senior living and nursing. Carolyn started their career in 2002 as the Director of Nursing at ACTS Retirement-Life Communities, Inc., where they worked until 2008. Carolyn then served as the Director of Nursing at Souderton Mennonite Home from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Nurse Manager at St. Josephs Villa. Since 2013, they have been working as the Wellness Director at Brandywine Senior Living. Overall, Carolyn has over 18 years of experience in healthcare management roles.
Carolyn Gibson earned a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from La Salle University in 1992. Later, they obtained a Diploma of Nursing in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse in 1996. In 2008, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Phoenix.
