Shafrena Sapari

Shafrena Sapari has been working in the field of writing and marketing since 2012. Shafrena started their career as a Marketing and Communication Assistant at DHI in 2012. In 2014, they became a Digital Marketing Coordinator at National Instruments. In 2016, they joined TradeGecko as a Training Content Specialist and was responsible for developing high quality content on the Knowledge Base and videos to better educate customers, partners and internal stakeholders. Shafrena also created 40 tutorial videos and facilitated 4 internal product trainings. In 2017, they moved to Ematic Solutions as a Technical Writer. In 2018, they worked as a Technical Writer at Apple and as a Digital Content Marketing Specialist at Pigeonhole Live (PigeonLab). Currently, they are a Product/UX Writer and Product Writer at Brankas.

Shafrena Sapari began their educational journey in 2006 when they enrolled in Republic Polytechnics and completed a Diploma in New Media in 2009. Shafrena then attended Murdoch University from 2009-2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Mass Communications, specializing in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. In 2017, they furthered their education by attending Nanyang Technological University Singapore and completing a College of Professional and Continuing Education in Achieving Excellence in Technical Writing.
