Ruby Latif

Ruby Latif has a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion spanning various organizations. Ruby has held roles such as Director of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Brant Community Healthcare System, Senior Manager at EY, and Founder and Principal Consultant at Milieu Strategy and Consulting Inc. Ruby'sexperience includes conducting research, developing strategies, creating programming, and advising on best practices in promoting inclusive cultures.

Ruby Latif is currently pursuing a Doctor of Social Science (DSocSci) in Leadership at Royal Roads University, with an expected completion year of 2024. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Management Economics- Leadership from the University of Guelph in 2012. Ruby also holds a Bachelor of Arts Honors degree in Political Science from York University, completed in 2003. Additionally, they completed a Campaign Manager Certificate at Durham College in 2007 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from the University of Guelph in 2001.
