Mngabe (Mac) Mchaina is an experienced health and safety professional with a strong background in residential construction and related fields. Currently serving as Health and Safety Manager and Senior Safety Advisor at Branthaven since December 2018, Mngabe has previously held key roles such as Health and Safety Specialist at The Minto Group and Health and Safety Manager at Reid's Heritage Homes. Extensive experience includes developing safety programs, leading training initiatives, conducting site inspections, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
