Claire Falck has extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at BRANZ since February 2021, Claire has also held positions as Acting CEO and General Manager of System Transformation at the same company. Prior experience includes Practice Lead at MartinJenkins, Programme Manager for Transforming Intelligence 2021 and Programme Director for Evidence Based Policing at NZ Police, and Associate Director for the Investing in Children Programme at the Ministry for Vulnerable Children, Oranga Tamariki. Claire has contributed as Head of Secretariat for the Expert Panel on Modernising Child, Youth and Family, and served as General Manager of Service Development at the Ministry of Social Development. Previous roles also include Programme Director at the State Services Commission, Director of Housing Partnerships and Programmes at Housing New Zealand Corporation, and various positions at Rio Tinto and ACC. Claire holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Public Policy from Victoria University of Wellington and has completed leadership development programs at Alc Group and Mt Eliza Business School.
