Allen Graber

Allen Graber is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partnerships, investments, and operational roles across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Partnerships at Homegrown since April 2024, Allen focuses on providing non-dilutive expansion capital to neighborhood businesses. As Managing Partner at Upperline Capital since November 2014, Allen has been instrumental in helping small businesses secure working capital. Additionally, Allen is a minority owner and investor in Brash Coffee Roasters, a prominent specialty coffee brand in Atlanta. Allen co-founded and oversaw the growth of Raintree Waste, which was acquired by Republic Services in 2020. Previous roles include service on the board of directors for ShopVisible, COO at Socialvest, and partner at Shotput Ventures, as well as co-founding Dataclip and RingBranch. Allen's early career included a senior leadership role at SearchIgnite, where expertise in paid search campaign management was developed. Allen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Tulane University.
