Mariana Demarchi Guarda is a professional with extensive experience in socio-emotional skills development and educational initiatives. Currently serving as Mentora em Habilidades Socioemocionais at Brasil Júnior since April 2020, Mariana focuses on emotional and relational development for leadership through individual mentoring and training. Previous roles include Specialist of Soft Skills and Career at Trybe, where Mariana managed educational initiatives and developed soft skills programs, and multiple leadership positions at Trivalente, creating and managing the Triva Academy and facilitator training programs. Additionally, Mariana has experience in team development, product leadership, and community engagement through positions at Prove Educação and EMPsi Jr. Mariana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UFSCar and a specialization in behavioral psychotherapy from ITCR - Campinas.
