Fabiana Morgante de Alencar is an experienced IT Manager at Brasil Terminal Portuário (BTP) since July 2011, responsible for managing technology projects, overseeing IT management reports and KPIs, and analyzing tech solutions to optimize processes and enhance operational excellence.
