Brannon Stephens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance engineering and instrument and electrical reliability. Currently serving as the Maintenance Engineering Lead at Braskem since May 2023, Brannon previously worked as an I&E Specialist at Oxy, where efforts were focused on enhancing site reliability. Brannon held several significant roles at OQ Chemicals as Maintenance and Reliability Manager and Maintenance Leader, following a tenure at Oxea managing various teams and overseeing the reliability of plant electrical systems. Brannon's earlier experience includes serving as an I&E Supervisor at Pantex Plant and a Process Control Specialist at Celanese Chemical, where responsibilities encompassed maintenance and design of distributed control systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix, studies in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Arizona State University, and an Associate of Science in Instrumentation Technology from Amarillo College.
