Camila Fossati serves as the HR and Communications Director for Europe and Asia at Braskem since June 2019, leading organizational transformation and global talent development initiatives. Prior experience includes roles such as Global People and Organizational Development Director at Braskem, where responsibilities spanned leadership development, talent management, and diversity strategy. Prior to Braskem, Camila held various positions at Makro Atacadista, Santher, and Suzano Papel e Celulose, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and performance enhancement. Camila holds an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD and has extensive education in human resources and psychology, complemented by training in mental health in organizations.
