Claudio Castro

Claudio Castro, CPIM, has extensive experience in logistics and production management, currently serving as the Head of Logistics Scheduling at Braskem since April 2018, where responsibilities include planning and optimizing logistics assets. Prior to this role, Claudio held various positions at Gerdau, including Regional Manager of S&OP for São Paulo and Chief of Production Planning and Control, focusing on production management, inventory oversight, and performance indicators at the São Jose dos Campos unit. Claudio earned a degree in Administration from Faculdade Ruy Barbosa and is pursuing an MBA in Project Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, expected to be completed in 2025.
