Jeremy Dahmen

Jeremy Dahmen is an accomplished professional in metabolic engineering and synthetic biology, currently serving as a Metabolic Engineering Specialist at Braskem since June 2024. Prior experience includes an Associate Director role at Conagen, where Jeremy managed research on monoclonal antibody production using an innovative algal system and led a team of scientists focused on various aspects of antibody development. Jeremy has held positions as Senior Scientist II and Scientist at Conagen, where contributions involved developing algal transformation systems and producing high-value compounds. Previous roles include a Research Scientist in the Synthetic Biology Group at Matrix Genetics, a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Missouri, and a Graduate Research Assistant at Washington State University. Jeremy holds a Ph.D. in Molecular Plant Sciences and has additional degrees in Biology and Microbiology from Middle Tennessee State University.
