Rafaela Nogueira

Rafaela Nogueira has a solid background in operations planning and project management, currently serving as an Analista de Planejamento de Operações at Braskem since January 2019, after initially holding the position of Estagiária de Planejamento de Operações. Prior experience includes roles as an Assessora de projetos and Gerente de gestão at Prisma - Empresa Júnior de Engenharia Química da UFBA from July 2016 to April 2017, as well as a Bolsista at CNPq - Conselho Nacional de Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico from March 2015 to March 2016, where research focused on the production of biopolymers by bacteria. Educational qualifications include a degree from Universidade Federal da Bahia and a period of study at Universidad de Cantabria between 2017 and 2018.
