Roberto Faldini

Roberto Faldini is a Brazilian businessman who has been involved with a number of companies in leadership roles. Roberto is currently a board member at Braskem, and has previously served as chairman of the board at Emibra Embalagens, a member of the board of directors at CPFL Energia and BRF, and a partner at Boardco Inc. Faldini has also been involved with the BM&FBovespa and Dadalto as a member of their respective boards of directors. In addition to their work in the corporate world, Faldini is also a co-founder of the Instituto Brasileiro de Governança Corporativa (IBGC).
