Rodrigo Moreira

Rodrigo Moreira is an experienced industrial manager with a career spanning over two decades in the chemical and production sectors. Currently serving as the Industrial Manager at Braskem since October 2005, Rodrigo oversees the production plants of aromatics in Bahia, managing 21 production areas, 16 final products, and a team of 155 personnel. With a strong focus on integrated asset management, Rodrigo handles operational and capital expenditures, talent development, and compliance with regulatory standards in quality, health, safety, and environmental practices, aiming to enhance asset competitiveness and ESG performance. Prior roles include Operational Coordinator and Production Coordinator at Braskem, as well as positions at Paranapanema S. A. and White Martins. Rodrigo holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Environmental Management and Clean Production from Universidade Federal da Bahia, an MBA in Business Management from FGV, and a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering from the same university. Additionally, Rodrigo completed an extension course in Administration and Business at FIA.
