Natália Mascarenhas

Natália Mascarenhas has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Natália began their career at Universidade Unifacs as an Aprendiz in 2004 before transitioning to Rede Bahia as Atendimento ao cliente from 2006 to 2008. Natália then joined Alphaville Urbanismo as an Auxiliar administrativa from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they became a Consultora de vendas at PROSPECTA Consultoria, a position they held for six years. Afterward, they joined PROSPECTA Consultoria again in 2018 as a Consultora de negócios sênior until 2021.

Natália worked as the Coordenadora de Gestão de Pessoas at Conselho Regional de Enfermagem da Bahia from March 2018 to November 2018. Natália then moved on to Amcham-Brasil, where they held multiple roles, including Coordenadora Regional from August 2017 to November 2017, Coordenadora de Membership from January 2017 to November 2017, and Coordenadora de Produtos e Serviços | Desenvolvimento de Negócios from April 2016 to November 2017.

Most recently, Natália joined Nutricash in April 2021 as Gerente de contas especiais and is currently working there. Natália also holds a position at Brasoftware since February 2022 as an Account Executive.

Natália Mascarenhas pursued their education in a chronological manner. Natália started by enrolling in the Universidade Federal da Bahia - UFBA in 2015 and completed their Mestrado em Psicologia (Master's degree in Organizational Psychology) in 2017. In the same year, they attended a leadership training program provided by Dale Carnegie Training, although it does not specify if they obtained a degree from this program.

Prior to these experiences, Natália Mascarenhas studied at the Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained Professional Self Coaching certification, emphasizing their knowledge in human behavior.
