Ronaldo Santos De Araujo has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Técnico em Redes at SENAI SP from January 2004 to December 2005. Ronaldo then joined Hewlett-Packard as Sales Operations from February 2006 to December 2009. Following that, they worked at Brasoftware as Gerente de contas site e small business from February 2010 to January 2016, during which they also held the role of Solutions cloud Microsoft from January 2016 to present. Additionally, they are currently the Head of Cloud Partners at Brasoftware starting from April 2023.

Ronaldo Santos De Araujo completed their undergraduate education from 2006 to 2010 at the Universidade Ibero Americana. Ronaldo pursued a degree in Graduação em comunicação Social - Design Digital, with a field of study in Tecnologia da Informação. Additionally, from 2006 to 2009, they attended Anhanguera Educacional, where they obtained a degree in Design Digital, focusing on Comunicação Social.

Most recently, in 2022, Ronaldo achieved the Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
