Shirley Rodrigues

Shirley Rodrigues has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment and selection. Shirley is currently working as the Head of Talent Management at Brasoftware since May 2019. Prior to this, they served as the HR Supervisor at Logicalis from August 2012 to September 2018. In this role, they were responsible for managing the recruitment and selection team, handling all types of vacancies, including managerial positions, and ensuring the integration of new employees. Shirley also played a key role in proactive headcount control and organizing monthly events. Before joining Logicalis, Shirley worked as a HR Coordinator at Quality Software from September 2010 to June 2012. Shirley started their career as an Analyst of Recruitment and Selection for both All Easy from July 2008 to September 2010 and H2M Soluções from September 2005 to June 2008. Shirley also gained valuable experience at InforMaker Informática Ltda as an Analyst of Recruitment and Selection from October 2003 to July 2005.

From 2013 to 2014, they pursued a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Administration at Universidade Paulista. This program focused on the field of study in Administration.

Prior to that, from 2001 to 2007, Shirley obtained their undergraduate degree in Psychology from the same institution, Universidade Paulista.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Shirley has also obtained several certifications. In March 2021, they obtained a certification in Interpersonal Communication Techniques from LinkedIn.
