Matthew Siena

Matthew Siena is a seasoned professional in product category management with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as a Senior Product Category Manager at BrassCraft Manufacturing Company since August 2025, Matthew previously held various leadership roles at NEFCO, including Director of Category Management, Director of Strategic Sourcing, and Director of Quality Assurance from October 2021 to August 2025. Prior to NEFCO, Matthew was a Retail Product Manager at Oatey Company for nearly a year and spent 15 years at Keeney Manufacturing, progressing from Marketing Coordinator to Director of Product Development & Merchandising. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Connecticut.
