Aude Wiedenhoff

Aude Wiedenhoff has extensive experience in human resources, legal compliance, and organizational management. Currently serving as Secretary General at BRASSERIE LICORNE since March 2019, Aude leads initiatives across HR, IT, CSR, and public affairs. Previous roles at Lidl France included Head of HR Management Control and Senior HR Project Manager, where Aude oversaw strategic HR projects and managed teams. Aude also founded the brand Paul et Louison and served as a lecturer at EM Strasbourg Business School. Earlier career highlights include significant achievements in improving organizational efficiency and productivity at Lidl France and Brasseries Kronenbourg, as well as foundational experience in product management at Peugeot Motocycles. Aude holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from NEOMA Business School.
