Guillaume Beury has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Chef de secteur CHR PACA at BRASSERIE LICORNE since June 2014. Prior to this role, Guillaume held the position of Responsable de Secteur SUD at STAMP from January 2011 to May 2014.
