Laura Koessler

Laura Koessler has extensive experience in laboratory positions, currently serving as a Principal Laboratory Technician at Brasserie Meteor since February 2022 and at ALSACE LAIT since September 2018. Previously, Laura worked as a Laboratory Apprentice at Brasserie Meteor from September 2017 to August 2018 and completed an internship at the Syndicat des Eaux et de l’Assainissement Alsace-Moselle in mid-2016, focusing on microbiology, where the internship project involved comparing different methods for detecting coliform bacteria. Laura holds an educational background from IUT Robert Schuman, completed between 2017 and 2018.
