Jill Meschke

Jill Meschke has a diverse background in financial and executive roles. Jill is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at the Brattleboro Retreat since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Chief Financial Officer at the Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center, Inc. from 2022 to 2023. Jill also has experience working at the North Central Health Care where they served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer from 2021 to 2022 and as the Chief Financial Officer from 2020 to 2022. Before that, they worked at UT Health San Antonio as the Director of Financial Operations in 2018, the University of Minnesota Medical School as the Director of Finance in 2017, and the University of Minnesota Physicians as the Director of Accounting from 2009 to 2017. Jill began their career as an Accounting Manager at Crestline Hotels & Resorts in 2008 and as a Financial Analyst and Accountant at Champion Air from 2005 to 2008.

Jill Meschke has a strong education background with a focus on accounting and finance. In 2004, they attended Normandale Community College and received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Accounting. Moving forward, they enrolled at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota in 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business in the same year. Continuing their education, Jill pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota from 2010 to 2012, specializing in Finance. Finally, in 2015, they returned to Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
