Joseph Balou

Joseph Balou is currently the Senior Program Manager at Brava, a next-gen solution provider under ATN International. With a background in telecommunications, Joseph has previous experience as a Senior Project Manager at Prodapt, Senior Manager at Liberty Latin America, and Project Manager at both Amdocs and CSG Systems. Additionally, Joseph served as an IT Consultant at Lucent Technologies. Joseph holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Notre Dame University - Louaize (NDU).
