Mindy Miller, CSPO®, CSM® has a decade of experience in product management and agile methodology. In 2022, they joined Bravado Health as a Product Manager. In this role, they led product initiatives by maintaining the product backlog, roadmap, and release scope for a healthcare journey portal. Mindy improved enrollment rates by 15% for the patient portal by understanding the average user age (70+), reducing confusing steps, and making it visually easier to read and navigate. Additionally, they conceptualized with sales and marketing to keep existing clients and expanding usage by translating product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams.

Prior to Bravado Health, Mindy was a Vice President-Product Manager/Product Owner at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2012-2022. In this role, they led team efforts on integrating new changes from payment brands, such as VISA and MasterCard. Mindy used 10+ years of Agile experience to improve transparency and collaborative approach for their Scrum teams, bettering project-level predictability by over 76%. Additionally, they collaborated with and influenced people at various levels; championed continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and increase productivity; and coached organization to conduct continuous improvement events.

Before JPMorgan Chase & Co., Mindy was a Solutions Analyst/Product Owner at T. Rowe Price from 2008-2012. In this role, they were involved in all phases of Agile marketing projects including intake, backlog management, work assignments, and business analysis all the way through to implementation. Mindy worked within a self-organized Kanban team, maintaining and managing the backlog of work while doing daily to weekly releases as needed. Additionally, they served as a Scrum Master and Product Owner for web marketing efforts, serving in a utility (t-shaped) role as needed for the team.

Mindy Miller holds a BA in History from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, which they obtained between 1990 and 1995. In 2021, they obtained two certifications from the Scrum Alliance: Certified Scrum Product Owner\u00ae (CSPO\u00ae) and Certified ScrumMaster\u00ae (CSM\u00ae).
