Thiago Guedes

Thiago Guedes has worked in the software engineering industry since 2016. Thiago started as an Associate Developer at Impulse Point in 2016. In 2017, they joined ConnectWise as a Software Engineer, where they led a development team for a product, released new features bi-weekly while transitioning the git branching model from a pseudo-GitHub flow to Git flow. Thiago also developed a microservice using AWS Lambda and API Gateway for the support team to improve the efficiency of the ticket escalation process by reducing the time spent of managers reviewing tickets by 60%. Additionally, they worked with cross-product teams to develop scalable RESTful APIs in C# (. NET). In 2020, they joined Bravado Health as a Lead Software Engineer and a Full Stack Software Engineer.

Thiago Guedes completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Florida between 2012 and 2016. In 2019, they obtained a ConnectWise Lean Knowledge Certificate from ConnectWise. Additionally, in 2020 they obtained an Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
