Byron Spain

Byron Spain has a diverse work experience in finance and analysis. Byron is currently working as the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Bravado since June 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Finance at ProductPlan from May 2021 to June 2023. Before that, they worked as a Financial Analyst at Synoptek, where they were responsible for forecasting and reporting for the Professional Service organization. Byron also has experience in personal training and group fitness instruction at UC Irvine from September 2016 to August 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Junior Financial Planner at Noble Wealth Management and as a Tax Analyst at Think, LLP, both from July 2018 to June 2019.

Byron Spain completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics at UC Irvine from 2016 to 2018. Byron then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Finance and Economics at West Texas A&M University from 2019 to 2021. In addition to their academic achievements, Byron obtained various certifications. In 2017, they became a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In 2019, they earned the ITIL 4 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice. The same year, Byron became a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level II Candidate recognized by the CFA Institute. Furthermore, they obtained the Microsoft Dynamics Functional Consultant - Finance and Operations certification from Microsoft in 2020.
