Delia O'Connor is an accomplished Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant with extensive experience in fostering inspired leadership across multiple organizations. Since January 2008, Delia has been with Leading Inspired, focusing on individual coaching, team development, and group learning to cultivate positive workplace cultures. Additionally, Delia has contributed to BRAVANTI as an Executive Coach and Leadership & Team Development Facilitator since July 2015, enhancing leadership capabilities and organizational growth. Delia also serves as a faculty member at Belmont University's Center for Executive Education and an Executive Coach at Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management. Delia's previous roles include serving as President of Capital Markets at Regions Bank and Senior Vice President of Investment Services within the AmSouth Brokerage Division. Delia holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from William James College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Education from Christian Brothers University.
