Katie Cornelis

Katie Cornelis is an accomplished Founder, Executive Coach, and Leadership Development Consultant with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and talent management. Since January 2020, Katie has led Woodland Solutions, which focuses on executive and leadership coaching, strategy alignment, and change management. Additionally, Katie serves as an Executive Coach at BRAVANTI and previously held a Partner/Consultant role at HighBar Consulting, specializing in sustainable organizational solutions. Past experiences include managing organizational effectiveness at BPI Group, consulting at Capital H Group, and focusing on executive compensation at Deloitte Consulting.
